From traditional wooden pergolas, to trend-setting aluminum louvered pergolas, again, we have you covered. Just show us the pergola that you are looking to incorporate into your new deck and we can either build it or we can source it and manage the complete installation.

Deck Design Consultation & Services
As part of our initial Free Telephone Consultation and also as part of the Pre-Paid Project Plan, we offer free Deck Design Advice and consultation whereby we will start with your initial ideas and work with you to come up with a plan that will work for you and your family including helping in the choice of decking brand, type and color, along with railings, screens, lighting, and any other elements you wish to incorporate into your new deck. This basic design service includes a basic but detailed 2D AutoCAD drawing but for an additional professional fee, we can also create 3D renderings to assist you in seeing the full potential of your entire project.
Building Permit Services
Securing a building permit for your project is always the responsibility of the homeowner but a building permit is not always required. As part of the Free Telephone consultation and Free Estimate, we can advise you on the building permit process and the zoning by-laws that you will need to consider before starting your project.

In addition to advising you, we can also handle the entire building permit application process for you including the completion and submission of all required drawings and documents.
